Why Mad Hatter like the main charactor?

The whole movie sucks, no offense...

and Johnny Depp like the main actor...even though he just a supporting role...

Story

It take place 13 years after the first trip of alice to the wonderland..

and the whole story is surrounding how alice save wonderland by defeating the red queen with the help of the mad hatter, tweedledum and twwedledee, the cat, and white queen.

and well....It lack romance(its a U movie, so fine...), sudden twist of plot ( its too straight forward)...

and the whole story feels like, they wrote the story just to make a movie, and cheat people money, there isn't much fun in the story and they clearly wrote the story, for kids and teens...

and telling the moral value of being brave, and listen to strangers...

A of the question "why", why should Alice just listen and follow a bunch of mad people..

why she didn't ask why should she do it?

What even worst its about a scroll that tells the future...it wrote the alice will kill the beast

and well..if future is destined..

they cannot change it, and why they keep trying the change the unchangeable..

Visual

well, i didnt see the 3D version, and i sat at the second row from the screen, and my neck stil hurts,

but it didn't effect much of my mood, to say it sucks..

Its whats between fake and real...If compare with Avatar, Avatar is the clear winner

So lets don't compare with a high budget films.

For me, its ok ok only, not the best i seen.

Some scene, like seeing a cartoon with a real person standing in the middle...

and even the red queen look too fake, the head is too big, without shade of colour...

Acting

Johnny Depp never acts a character that isn't half mad...

the whole movie, Johnny Depp really played a too large role for a supporting character, maybe it should be called, 

Alice in the Wonderland : Mad Hatter...

For the others, well...Alice is  So So only...

Not much memorable performance.

I think the company paid too much for johnny depp, till they cannot find other good actors..

Well, this is what i think about the movie, as a whole..it was quite boring..

I still see it till the end, BUT i wont see it again, for 12 ringgit for this movie..

I think its nearly a waste le..

In simpler terms, I dont like it..

And I give it a C+
